Its a bust of an alien mech. The worn out look and the stripes should give him a soldier like feel. He must have been

through a lot...
I started sketching this bust in black&white. After numerous hours of shading, blending and tweaking values the greyscale

bust was ready to be textured. Since i spent so much time on the greyscale base i was able to overlay the textures pretty

nicely. Its a mixture of several photo textures and brush work. I really had the most fun adding all the little

scratches,the leaking rust and the dirt.
All done in Photoshop CS2
